Sushi Bites Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Sushi Bites, provided by Asteroid Apps. By using Sushi Bites, you agree to these terms.
Using Sushi Bites
You may use Sushi Bites only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Your account and content
You retain ownership of the profile information and content you create in Sushi Bites, including daily task lists, completed tasks, comments, and reactions. You grant Asteroid Apps the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content solely to operate Sushi Bites and provide the features you request. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to content you add or share through the app.
Friends and shared content
When you connect with friends or use Sushi Bites' social productivity features, other users may be able to view your profile, daily task lists, completed tasks, comments, reactions, and other content you choose to share. You are responsible for choosing what you share and for using social features lawfully and respectfully.
Third-party services
Sushi Bites uses Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Google Firebase, and app-store services. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies. Asteroid Apps is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
Acceptable use
You may not use Sushi Bites to violate the law, infringe another person's rights, post unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
Service changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of Sushi Bites at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or error.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Sushi Bites is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asteroid Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We will post the revised terms here and update the date above.
